Dr. Airies Davis, Ed.D, MBA,   Founder and Chief Strategist 

Dr. Airies Davis is an educator, author, talent-strategist, and coach. For 15+ years, Dr. Davis has transformed professional and academic institutions to reflect key Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equality (DEIB-E) principles, leading to increased multi-cultural competence, employee retention, and workforce development for such organizations as Deloitte, Merrill Lynch Capital, Chicago Public Schools, Hudson Inclusion Solutions, and Monster Worldwide. She has partnered with government, public, and private sectors to deliver robust organizational solutions.


Notably, her passion project is the creation of the EtiKID Academy, providing character and career etiquette education to underserved populations. The first client for EtiKID Academy was Grammy and Oscar awardee, Common for his non-profit Common Ground Foundation.


As a practitioner - scholar, her research focuses on workforce readiness using diversity and inclusion tactics. Her dissertation title is "Preparation for a Global Economy: 21st Career Readiness and Academic-Citizenship Skills for African American Workforce Entrants". Dr. Davis’ academic journey includes an earned education psychology doctorate from the University of Southern California, Rossier School of Education, and Gies MBA from the University of Illinois in Champaign Urbana.

Dr. Rosalind Conerly, DEIB Consultant 

Dr. Rosalind Conerly is a scholar-practitioner with over 15 years of experience in roles focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion including serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the  Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California. She is currently the Associate Dean of Students & Director of the Black Community Services Center within the Centers for Equity, Community and Leadership at Stanford University. Dr. Conerly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) and a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California (USC).

Shannon Stone, DEIB Consultant 

Shannon Fitts is a Master’s candidate at the University of Southern California (USC). She is furthering her education in applied psychology, in order to attain her goal of working in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) field. Her work experience consists of visual marketing, and research. She has a background in psychology, sociology, and gender studies from Purdue University. Her research studies focus on topics related to the: intersectionality of gender and race discrimination in the courtroom, himpathy (the unearned sympathy White males receive when they’re a perpetrator of a crime), discrimination of employee candidates based on names and accents, and outward display of emotions towards outgroup members (through facial expression analysis software).

Jordan Luu, Summer Intern

Jordan Nguyen Luu is a Master's of Science in Applied Psychology candidate at the University of Southern California (USC). He is pursuing higher education to better understand employee wellness and pursue a career in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equality (DEIBE). He has experience as a Youth Mentor, Early Childhood Development Assistant Teacher, Administrative Assistant, and Pharmacy Technician, working with different populations of individuals such as senior citizens, ESL students, and students with developmental disabilities. He is also interested in challenging the sexism in the organizational culture of the video game industry. Luu earned his Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior at the University of California, Irvine (UCI).

Fary Warren, Utilities Consultant 

Fary Warren is a leader in the utility industry for over 15 years. She is a strategic and radical thinker with leadership expertise in the power and utility sectors. She has managed field operations teams, complex billing projects, procurrment services, and governmental affairs. She is an agile and innovative thinker who believes in creating processes to ensure quality service. She is able to build and maintain relationships and connections across diverse partnership. Currently, she works as the strategic billing manager at Nicor Gas located in Naperville, Illinois. She completed her Bachelor of Science at Roosevelt University majoring in communications and journalism, continuing her studies at Saint Xavier university to earn a Master Business Administration concentration Human Resource Management.

Weichen Ling, DEIB Consultant 

Weichen (way-CHEN) Ling was born in Taipei, Taiwan. Her family moved frequently between Taipei and various parts of the U.S., which each presented different experiences of racialization and (lack of) belonging. She recognized personal social and economic barriers faced, and it was not until UC Berkeley that she became equipped with the vocabulary and history of oppression in the U.S. to advocate for my communities. She is an active member of Lavender Phoenix, a Bay-Area community organizing group for Queer/Trans Asian Pacific Islanders. She is  pursuing an M.Ed. in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership with a concentration in Diversity and Equity. She leads workplace equity initiatives, scale anti-racism learning curricula, and manage cross-functional stakeholders to (re)design employee experience at Stanford University.
